- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was very apprehensive about having my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Loi and his team were very informative and competent. Five hours after my surgery Dr. Loi called me personally to check on me. He was to the point but warm and friendly. He answered my questions about after care I was too groggy to ask post surgery and then assured me one of his nurses would be in touch with me in the morning as well. I was blown away by his manner and attentiveness. I can't say I 'loved' having my teeth out, bit I did get great service.November 21, 2017by Megan Watson
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Not very impressed. Charged for consult without being told how much before sitting in chair. Also couldn't be bothered with running insurance info first. Seemed like a money grab to me. Will be trying to get refund and not coming back. How ever I was told by wife the dentist was very informative, too bad things went the way did.July 19, 2017by Richard Fonda
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had my wisdom teeth out here. Post-operation attention was sub-par. I did not receive a phone call from the doctor, and they did not schedule a follow-up appointment. When I experienced complications in my recovery my doctor was unavailable to talk to me, so I spoke to another doctor who was mostly dismissive. Overall it did not strike me as if they care about their patients after they've been paid, I'd recommend looking for a different oral surgeon.January 14, 2017by Iuliu Balibanu
